The 2011 Haunted Barn Has Been Canceled

A big thanks to everyone who tried to make it happen, but things have just not worked out this year.

Karen and her father have donated a new sign and stage pallet to the Playhouse. The donation is greatly appreciated.

More On The Seating

The new seating arrangements are almost complete. As of June 4th only four more seats need to be placed. We think you will like the new arrangements. Thanks to everyone who helped.

An Update On The Seats

We hope to meet at The Barn on Saturday, May 21st to finish the new seating. If you are available to lend a hand the fun starts at 10:00am.

The Cast Is Set

The cast for Duck Duck Shoot has been chosen and the rehearsals have started. Congratulations to everyone who made the play and thanks to everyone who auditioned.

Seats Need To Be Changed

If you're looking for something to do on either (or both) Saturday, April 16th and Saturday, April 30th the Playhouse could use your help. We will be removing some of our old seats and replacing them with other seats. In the process we will also be changing some of our seating arrangements. We will be starting at 10:00 am and finishing whenever people feel like it. If you have a ratchet and sockets bring them along if you like. If you don't that's fine too. Just bring yourself and any friends you want. If you've never been to The Barn this is an excellent way to make it's acquaintance. April, The Barn, Saturday: does it get any better?

Ooooh! The Hauntings Are Returning

While it may only be Springtime in April future gazing by Cassie Derby has confirmed The Barn will become haunted once again as darkness falls on October 28th,29th,and 30th. It's never too early to prepare.

Audition Dates for the 2011 Season

Audition times for Duck Duck Shoot are Friday, April 15th from 6:00pm through 8:00pm and Saturday, April 16th from 1:00pm through 4:00pm. Ducktails and Bobbysox will hold auditions on Friday, April 29th from 4:00pm through 6:00pm and Saturday, April 30th from 1:00pm through 4:00pm. Some Enchanted Evening (Revue) will have auditions on Friday, May 6th from 6:00pm through 8:00pm: on Saturday, May 7th from 10:00am through 3:00 pm, and on Sunday, May 8th from 3:00pm through 5:00pm. No Time For Sergeants will hold auditions on Friday, May 20th from 6:00pm through 8:00pm and on Saturday, May 21st from 9:00am through 12:00pm. We are counting on having a very good season and hope to see you at the auditions.

Jessica Negley, who you may remember as Theodosia Travers in Bone-Chiller!, has given birth to daughter Kalyn Faye.

The 2011 Season Is Soon To Be Upon Us

The Playhouse board has picked the shows for the 2011 season. Audition and tryout dates have not been set as of March 3rd 2011. Please check our Schedule and Productions/Events page for ongoing updates.

A Big Shout Out to Georgiana Coleman

Georgiana has been appearing on the TV production Worst Cooks In America. Looking good and doing great, she finished 2nd.
