So, the summary of my minutes is that we called the meeting to order,
Randy Weaver gave a blessing, we talked about a bunch of things, had
an executive session concerning emanate threatened or pending
litigation, came out of executive session and took no action on the
matter discussed during the executive session, replaced "Sweeney
Todd" with another show (something mice I think) and lost the
quorum so we ended the meeting due to a lack of a quorum. The
next meeting date was set by default since Larry Eskridge announced
at the start of his term as President that all board
meeting will be held on the first Sunday of every month.
That would be Sunday, June 7th.
