Fulton County Playhouse Board Meeting Minutes
June 5th, 2011
Attendance: Tammy Weaver, Randy Weaver, Christina Brown, Larry Eskridge, Aaron Haacke, David Miller, Hannah Kline, Ron Bunner, Liz Pollitt, and Sue Lafary. Absent were Cassandra Derby, Adam Derby, Joshua Derby, and Jim Lafary.
The prayer was offered by Randy Weaver.
The minutes from May 1st were presented to the board for corrections and approval. They were accepted by the board and approved.
The financial report was presented by Liz Pollitt. Overall balance as of June 4th, 2011: $1,894.54. The report was accepted and approved by the board.
Concessions needed to be discussed as a storm destroyed the concession stand. Christina Brown said she would buy food items. Concessions will be held down in the pit. Ice coolers are needed for soda and water. Basic candy will be available. Larry Eskridge offered to help for the first Saturday show of “Duck, Duck, Shoot!” and Liz Pollitt said she would help for the Friday and Saturday shows after she sold tickets. It was also said that some of the stage crew from “Duck, Duck, Shoot!” would help during the intermission.
A $100 gas card for Greg Ford was proposed to help with gas.
Randy Weaver moved to pay the bill. David Miller was the 2nd and it was approved by the board.
Christina Brown moved for Greg Ford to use a stump grinder. Randy was the 2nd and it was approved by the board.

Christopher Brown should talk to Alexander’s or Schrock about renting a shed.
Lawnmower is crap. More stuff going wrong with it. Randy moved to not repair the mower right now and pay $65 per mowing to Greg Ford to use his mower. Larry Eskridge was the 2nd.
Tammy Weaver was concerned about Greg Ford going up in price without talking to the board. Will revisit last year.

Larry Eskridge put the spotlight in for “Duck, Duck, Shoot!” Wednesday he is going to be reviewing it and he will do a spotlight for “Ducktails and Bobbysox”.
Christina Brown said she will make a poster.
David Miller suggested if someone brings a Ducks Unlimited card or a Pheasants Forever card they get $1.00 off of the ticket price. Randy Weaver motioned to accept this and Larry Eskridge was the 2nd. The board then approved.
